Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'explorer et de comprendre comment les parties prenantes s'engagent dans les démarches de management responsable dans les PME, et le rôle qu'y joue la Gestion des Ressources Humaines (GRH). Nous étudions l'engagement des parties prenantes ainsi que la contribution de la GRH dans cette démarche. L'étude empirique mobilise une démarche qualitative exploratoire centrée sur une étude de cas unique d'une PME industrielle de l'éclairage : Résistex. Les résultats mettent en exergue les freins et leviers de l'engagement, tels que la communication ou encore l'harmonisation des pratiques managériales, et explore le potentiel de la GRH dans la promotion de l'engagement des parties prenantes dans une démarche de management responsable.
