Abstract

The thematic of disability is relatively evolving, moving from a logic of assistance in the last century to a logic of inclusion today. If this transition was carried out gradually, universalization nevertheless holds a key place in this thematic, still relevant today as evidenced by the recent deconjugalization of the AAH. People with disabilities benefit from targeted allowance, but also from allowance accessible to able-bodied people, like the RSA, the objective of this work is therefore to: 1/ Try to demonstrate that universalization is a key point in terms of inclusiveness, to highlight the benefits that can be derived from it, but also its limits. 2/ Consider the opportunity to extend this further than at present, for example, by extending deconjugalization to other social benefits such as the RSA.
