Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'apporter des éléments empiriques sur la professionnalisation de la logistique de soins dans une organisation hospitalière et les enjeux en termes de ressources humaines qui en découlent. L'analyse des données collectées dans le cadre d'une étude de cas unique et exemplaire, a permis d'expliquer la manière dont la logique des compétences et les variables de recrutement et de formation interviennent pour soutenir la professionnalisation de la logistique de soins. Les limites auxquelles s'est heurtée notre étude suggèrent d'élargir la recherche sur le sujet à d'autres variables RH comme la rémunération et l'évaluation du personnel. Les implications managériales plaident, entre autres, en faveur d'une implication des services RH plus en amont du processus.
