Abstract

Dans un contexte où l'environnement médical évolue de plus en plus rapidement et doit faire face à des enjeux démographiques, sociétaux, techniques et économiques majeurs, les cabinets médicaux d'exercice libéral sont au cœur d'un système en mutation (regroupements, place du patient dans le processus de soin..). Ces structures, composées de médecins et de personnel médical, paramédical et administratif sont confrontées à des problématiques de management d'activités et de personnes.
