Abstract

In his editorial for the December 2021/January 2022 issue, the editor-in-chief, Gabriel Joseph-Dezaize, of the Harvard Business Review draws a trend and a learning from the period we are currently living, "The lesson of the century: become ambidextrous". According to us, this meaning is paradoxical, like ambidexterity some would say! The purpose of our research is to analyze, through the prism of ambidexterity, the effects of the global pandemic of the 2020s on companies and organizations in terms of their management methods. To do so, we will focus on the key role of the company's legal, economic and social manager when confronted with an unexpected, sudden and dangerous event for the survival and development of his company.
