Abstract
Innovation in medical environment is well established. Physicians and medical teams are accustomed to deal with research and change about new practices or healthcare services or products. Management Science is one of the most flourish field for innovative practices but there is a gap between the research carried out into companies and the way they are used in medical offices. This paper presents an innovative research carried out in a medical office with the aim of broaden sight of physicians about organizational, managerial and strategic innovations. It presents also a specific pattern of intervention research that fits with medical offices activities and strategic needs of physicians, shareholders of the company, and the staff needs in terms of improving the company effectiveness and efficiency. The intervention-research started in 2016 and it is still in progress."
