Abstract

En France, les TPE représentent 96 % des entreprises mais 50 % disparaissent avant leur sixième année, principalement par manque d'anticipation stratégique. Ce chapitre présente le caractère déterminant de la relation structure/comportement à plusieurs phases du processus entrepreneurial. Les compétences stratégiques de l'entrepreneur constituent une dimension clé pour accroitre la survie-développement de l'entreprise. Les croyances de l'entrepreneur sur chaque domaine de la Nomenclature d'Activités de l'Entrepreneur (NAE) modifient son comportement et, in fine, la structure de l'entreprise. La CHVACV est un indicateur synthétique de mesure de la performance globale et durable des TPE.
