Abstract

Dans les activités médico-sociales, deux conceptions du travail s'entrechoquent. La première, sociale-historique, portée par les salarié.es, valorise la création d'un lien, durable et approfondi, dans le soin. La seconde, industrielle et marchande, portée par les politiques publiques, consiste en une somme d'actes. Cette contradiction génère une perte de sens pour les travailleurs du secteur et une dégradation de leurs conditions de travail.
