Abstract

Plus que d'un déficit d'image, le recrutement dans les métiers extrêmement féminisés du Grand âge pâtit de mauvaises conditions de travail et d'emploi, dues pour l'essentiel à des politiques publiques ambivalentes, imposant une régulation marchande au secteur. Des pistes permettant une réelle reconnaissance professionnelle de ces métiers existent pourtant.
