Abstract

La gestion aime le jeu : dans les investissements qui sont des paris, dans les scénarios et les simulations, dans l'application des règles et l'incertitude qui en découle. Mais, ces jeux restent rationalisables, calculés, utilitaires. Bataille les appelle des jeux mineurs. Mais, il existe un autre jeu, majeur où l'on met sa vie, le sens de l'existence, Dieu, le tout en jeu. Ce jeu, écarté de la pensée gestionnaire, n'est pas absent, cependant, des situations dont traite la gestion et, en premier lieu, du travail. Le travail est un jeu mineur pour les gestionnaires, mais peut devenir un jeu majeur pour ceux qui travaillent. Cet article présente une entrée dans la notion de jeu majeur à partir de l'analyse du film Joueurs de Marie Monge et introduit le « jeu avec le "je" ».
