Abstract

Cette communication s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche naissant qui vise à interroger l'« actualisation » éthique portées par les démarches RSU. Après avoir situé notre acception de l'éthique (Ogien et Canto-Sperberg, 2004 ; Rezsohazy, 2006 ; Ogien et Tappolet, 2008), nous présenterons le cadre théorique au sein duquel nous conduirons nos travaux, à savoir la théorie des paradoxes (Smith et Lewis, 2021, 2011). Nous présenterons ensuite la démarche DDRS étudiée ainsi que les premières pistes de résultats : nous reviendrons sur l'effectivité de l'actualisation éthique des démarches RSU et présenterons le potentiel régulatoire (Barbet, 2010) de la démarche DDRS en particulier.
