Abstract

Les sites culturels et les lieux de mémoire sont la destination d'un visiteur étranger sur deux en France. La moitié des sites de mémoire en France reçoivent des visiteurs étrangers. La région des Hauts-de-France illustre l'attrait des visiteurs étrangers pour les lieux de mémoire. Les nécropoles entretenues par des nations étrangères y sont nombreuses, ainsi que les musées ou mémoriaux relatant l'histoire mouvementée de l'Europe. Cette richesse patrimoniale attire les visiteurs étrangers dans la quasi-totalité des sites de mémoire situés dans la région des Hauts-de-France.
