Abstract

Cette recherche s'interroge sur la communication RSE dans un pays africain. De ce fait, elle vise un double objectif qui consiste à analyser la perception du concept de communication RSE des dirigeants de PME et à explorer, dans une approche descriptive, les spécificités du comportement RSE des dirigeants à travers leur communication auprès de leurs employés. Dans cette perspective, une démarche qualitative a été adoptée auprès de 9 PME lauréates du « Prix National d'Excellence ». Les résultats revèlent que la communication sur la RSE des PME pour porter à leurs employés la prise en comptes des préoccupations sociales et environnementales, se situe entre universalisme et spécificités locales axées plus sur le jeu des alliances interethniques et moins sur les écrits.
