Abstract

Organizational development theories propose an interactive approach to the expression of personnel in order to improve the quality of management and work situations. These theories are based on a re-reading of the abductive processes of scientific observation in order to consider the complexity of the dynamic phenomena at work in the life of organizations. This epistemological posture leads to the adoption of longitudinal research methods that differ from static approaches of data collection through interviews or questionnaires. This article aims to situate socio-economic intervention research by analyzing its contribution to organizational development theories and methods. This analysis is illustrated by a case of intervention in a hospital.
