Abstract

Face aux nombreux débats autour des bienfaits et des dangers des Intelligences Artificielles telle que ChatGPT pour l'enseignement supérieur, cet article se propose de confronter les points de vue en mettant en scène un procès. Il donne tout d'abord la parole au procureur général, qui expose les éléments à charge contre ChatGPT, puis à l'avocate, qui argumente pour la défense pour enfin demander au juge de livrer son verdict final.
