Abstract

Le Groupe ESPI, en collaboration avec les principales organisations professionnelles de la filière bois (l'Union des industriels et constructeurs bois et le comité professionnel de développement des industries françaises de l'ameublement et du bois), cherche à évaluer le niveau d'information de la communauté ESPI sur l'usage du bois dans l'immobilier. L'objectif est d'améliorer ses programmes de formation à destination des professionnels et des futurs professionnels. Ce rapport présente dans une première partie une analyse descriptive des répondants qui s'intéressent à l'usage du bois dans l'immobilier et ceux qui ne s'y intéressent pas. La seconde partie est consacrée à l'étude économétrique, qui permet de déterminer les variables qui impactent la décision des répondants de s'intéresser à l'immobilier.
