La représentation anthropotechnique pratique : contribution à une approche communicationnelle de la transformation numérique

Abstract

La littérature reste peu développée sur la manière dont les dirigeants d'entreprises pensent la transformation numérique. Quelles sont les représentations qui président à cette transformation ? Toutes ces représentations se valent-elles au regard des exigences fonctionnelles et éthiques de la communication organisationnelle ? L'article débute par un rappel des principales conceptions du changement technologique : déterminisme technique, déterminisme social et représentation anthropotechnique. Cette dernière peut être pleinement qualifiée d'approche communicationnelle. Sans être dominante, elle est au centre de certaines pratiques, ce que les auteurs illustrent par une étude de cas multiples réalisée au sein d'une grande entreprise.
