Abstract

Bacheliers, titulaires de CAP issus de formation en alternance ou de la voie scolaire, non-diplômés ayant ou non achevé leur formation... Les premières années de vie active des sortants du secondaire portent la marque de la diversité de leurs parcours scolaires. Détenir un diplôme, avoir connu une acculturation au monde de l'entreprise, via l'alternance ou un stage par exemple, sont des facteurs favorisant les trajectoires en emploi. Celles-ci passent par certains secteurs d'activité recrutant et fidélisant une main-d'œuvre débutante.
