Abstract

Le cas propose aux apprenants de mobiliser les notions de stratégie avancée (océan bleu, stratégie de rupture) pour les appliquer au cas particulier de l'offre touristique de l'île de la Réunion, dans le contexte d'un exercice de management et de sortie de crise. Quelles sorties de crise est-il possible de proposer ? La réunion doit-elle « coller » au modèle « gagnant » de l'ile Maurice ou des autres îles Vanille ? Suffit-il d'améliorer l'offre de valeur existante pour redresser la situation ? Faut-il au contraire « renverser la table » et renouveler l'offre de valeur de manière radicale et disruptive ?
