Scop-Alu : les enseignements d'un échec final

Abstract

Nous présentons ici Scop-Alu, Scop issue d'une entreprise que nous appellerons les Forges par la suite, témoignant d'un parcours particulièrement instructif pour éclairer les potentialités d'une transformation en Scop, mais aussi les obstacles à franchir et les risques d'échec. Il s'agit ici d'un cas de reprise d'activité suite au placement d'une société en redressement judiciaire. Après avoir rappelé le cadre historique ainsi que les trois phases repérées dans une première partie, nous présentons dans une seconde partie la transformation coopérative de la société. Puis dans une troisième partie, nous porterons plus précisément l'analyse sur la question de l'engagement du collectif et des tensions sociales qui sont apparues.
