Abstract

Ce chapitre vise à rendre compte du cadre analytique d'où nous sommes partis et auquel nous avons abouti, pour répondre aux questionnements, tant ceux des acteurs du mouvement coopératif que ceux que nous nous sommes donnés. Ce qui nous semble essentiel pour comprendre "ce qui se joue" lors de la TC, et plus généralement pour saisir une organisation en transformation, c'est d'analyser les voies par lesquelles l'assemblage des personnes formant un collectif se métamorphose quand celui-ci prend en main son "agir commun productif", autrement dit quand il devient une entreprise coopérative.
