Abstract

Cet ouvrage propose une lecture des mécanismes de résilience développés par les organisations face à la crise Covid. Il s'appuie sur les travaux de recherche conduits par les chercheurs du groupe Comptabilités & Sociétés du laboratoire Montpellier Recherche en Management (MRM) et présente, au travers de diverses études, une lecture variée des pratiques de reporting comptable et pilotage face à la crise. Ainsi, sont présentées des études conduites durant cette période relatives aux normes comptables privées, aux stratégies de communication financière des firmes cotées, à la gestion des RH dans les cabinets d'expertise comptable, ou encore au pilotage de l'hôpital ou des organisations culturelles face à la crise liée à la Covid-19. Les approches terrain sont diverses telles que des études de cas organisationnelles, enquêtes par entretiens, études quantitatives de données ou encore analyse réglementaire. Pour enrichir ces explorations empiriques, des approches théoriques variées sont mobilisées.
