Abstract

La conduite du changement, centrale en sciences de gestion, nécessite d'identifier des méthodes et outils performants pour transformer les pratiques des acteurs. Une des dynamiques essentielle de transformation et d'apprentissage lors d'une recherche-intervention consiste à sensibiliser l'acteur à s'auto-évaluer et à lui renvoyer des informations lui permettant de réinterroger ses pratiques. Cet « effet miroir » donne accès à une introspection et une ouverture à d'autres regards sur les situations vécues qui peut pousser l'individu à modifier ses pratiques. C'est la partie stimulante suite à cet effet miroir. Nous illustrons, dans cet article, les formes et les étapes pour créer un effet miroir stimulant. Nous présentons son intérêt dans les dynamiques d'apprentissage et ses effets lors d'une recherche intervention menée dans une entreprise industrielle pendant quatre ans.
