Abstract

Quelles sont les places respectives dans les programmes de conformité concurrentielle des firmes des finalités défensives et de la promotion de la performance ? En d'autres termes, le programme de conformité est-il seulement un outil de management d'un risque juridique ou un instrument participant de la compétitivité de la firme ?
