Abstract

Dans ce texte, on essaiera de brosser, à grand trait, la forme dominante de "corporate governance", ou le gouvernement d'entreprise au Japon. Comme le suggère la littérature économique la plus récente, les différents pays dans la zone de l'OCDE apparaissent dotés, chacun, d'un modèle de "corporate governance" qui est conforme à son histoire nationale, et à son propre environnement institutionnel. La diversité nationale étant grande en la matière, la caractérisation de la forme japonaise de "Corporate Governance" permettra de mieux situer la situation de l'actionnariat salarié dans ce pays.
