Abstract

Pour la nouvelle économie de XXIème siècle, l'enjeu majeur devient très clair : la maîtrise des technologies génériques à partir desquelles se dessinera l'avenir des sociétés industrielles (ou post-industrielles). Les deux questions essentielles qui en découlent renvoient l'une à l'importance de ce que l'on appelle "l'investissement immatériel" -dépenses en R/D- et l'autre à la gestion des ressources humaines, tels les ingénieurs ou chercheurs, qui en sont le support. Il s'agira, alors, de savoir comment travailler sur le bouclage entre la science, la technique et l'industrie à travers la construction sociale des acteurs de l'innovation technologique.
