Abstract

This paper questions the reconsideration of corporate practices in terms of CSR, highlighting relations with internal and external stakeholders, including human resources. The COVID 19 pandemic, which we are experiencing, will forever mark the history of management, the theory of organizations and the management of human resources. It invites the HRM to get a makeover, and to take up new challenges, such as teleworking, digitalization as well as health and safety at work. For this, it is interesting to analyze the issues related to HRM at the time of the pandemic, and to question the ability of HRDs to lead the organizational changes that the complexity and uncertainty of the economic context wants. We will first comeback to xenophobia and discrimination at work linked to the Covid-19 pandemic. Then, we explain why it is appropriate to rethink psychosocial risks, organizational culture and occupational health and safety in the context of COVID19. Finally, we will examine the issues related to compensation, recruitment, dismissal and digitalization
