Abstract

Ce chapitre porte sur la gestion de l'intégration culturelle dans une acquisition franco-allemande. L'étude empirique est fondée sur 15 entretiens semi-directifs menés auprès des collaborateurs d'une entreprise française avant son rachat par un groupe allemand du secteur pharmaceutique. Les résultats permettent d'identifier la perception que peuvent avoir les collaborateurs de la cible des défis interculturels dans la mise en œuvre de l'acquisition. Ils mettent aussi en relief les solutions qui sont proposées par ces salariés pour mieux réussir l'intégration des différences culturelles dans ce type de rapprochement.
