Abstract

Les applications de recommandation nutritionnelle telles que Yuka permettent aux consommateurs de faire des choix éclairés en ce qui concerne l'alimentation, mais par comparaison avec les connaissances sur les labels alimentaires, les effets de telles applications sur les comportements des consommateurs sont moins connus. Au moyen d'une expérimentation inter-sujets sur 243 individus portant sur une catégorie de produits, cette recherche montre que les applications de recommandation nutritionnelle ont un fonctionnement proche des labels, tout en étant plus efficaces sur l'intention d'achat. L'effet d'autres facteurs comme la notoriété de la marque ou l'aversion au risque des consommateurs est également mesuré et discuté.
