Abstract

This paper looks at the issue of inclusion for return to employment. We interviewed both support structures for the fight against exclusion and people in situations of exclusion. We show that there are many reasons for exclusion, isolation and social invisibility that can hinder a return to employment. We will then look at the mechanisms put in place by different stakeholders in a territory to help people return to work. This involves recognising people, their history and their problems while reintegrating them into an inter-individual and collective social dynamic.
