Abstract

Parmi les questions posées par la pandémie de covid-19, on a celles de l'accès aux soins, des inégalités de santé, du financement de la prévention, des soins et des institutions de santé ainsi que celle de l'équilibre entre pouvoirs publics et participation citoyenne. La question de la santé comme bien public international ou bien commun se pose aussi pour permettre une égalité de soins et de traitements aux populations. Enfin, il convient de s'intéresser aux experts dont leur analyse a occupé une place centrale lors de la crise sanitaire.
