Abstract

La Chine s'affirme clairement sur les plans économique, militaire et politique. N'hésitant plus à recourir à l'agressivité à la fois avec ses voisins (avec lesquels elle a de nombreux différends territoriaux) et avec l'Occident comme l'illustre le projet de la nouvelle route de la soie. Ce changement d'attitude entre à la fois dans une stratégie du Président Xi et du Parti Communiste Chinois. Particulièrement dans la zone Indo-Pacifique, cette stratégie interroge, inquiète, voire provoque un front commun hostile qui pourrait entraver cette marche vers une hégémonie mondiale que Pékin souhaite pour 2049, année Centenaire de la République Populaire de Chine (RPC).
