Abstract

This article focuses on digital transformation (DT) and intergenerational learning by mobilizing the theoretical framework of collective skills. The research concerns a qualitative survey conducted within a public railway organization. The results show that TD is a full-fledged lever for the development of learning when the entrepreneurial context has encountered employees of various generations. Then, we discuss the effects of this digital transformation on the modes of collaboration and learning. Thus, we underline that the development of collective skills within teams makes it possible to bring out intergenerational solidarity that leads to an increase in the skills of employees.
