Abstract

Philippe Bance, Pierre Bauby et Nathalie Rey se posent la question du rôle de l'Etat dans l'appareil productif national et de la gestion des participations qu'il détient dans nombre d'entreprises de différents secteurs. Les auteurs dressent un panorama détaillé du patrimoine de l'Etat, des questions posées par l'ambivalence des politiques suivies pour en tirer parti, des problématiques de gouvernance et de moyens de l'Agence des participations de l'Etat, pour préconiser de nouvelles orientations en réponse aux besoins sociétaux actuels d'action publique.
