Abstract

Les personnes en situation de handicap (PSH) se heurtent à de nombreuses barrières dans leur accès à la consommation (Dubost, 2018), ce qui pourrait être associé à la question de l'accès dans le monde du travail. Différentes initiatives cherchent à répondre à ce problème. Parmi celles-ci, les « restaurants inclusifs » emploient de nombreuses PSH dans le personnel en contact. S'appuyant sur l'analyse de différents matériaux (articles, commentaires de consommateurs, entretiens), cette recherche exploratoire s'intéresse à la réception de cette initiative au travers d'une approche multi-acteurs. Les premiers retours du terrain permettent notamment d'identifier des discours contrastés et de souligner la présence forte de la dimension affective. Ces résultats permettent de discuter de différentes tensions sous-jacentes à ce concept et de dresser des voies de recherche.
