Abstract

La crise sanitaire et les réponses publiques à la poussée récessive qui l'accompagnent placent au cœur du débat public la question de la réorientation de la politique économique. Les actions de la banque centrale, en particulier, donnent lieu à des interventions ponctuées de préconisations de relances monétaires qui, les interrogations sur "le modèle du développement" aidant, mettent l'accent sur l'élargissement des missions de l'Institut d'émission. Ainsi est prônée la mise en place d'un mandat dual combinant à la fois les objectifs de stabilité des prix et de croissance.
