Abstract

La littérature sur la transformation numérique (TN) reste généralement concentrée sur le processus de transformation, mais s'intéresse peu à l'accompagnement que nécessite la TN en continu. Dans ce travail, nous nous intéressons à l'appropriation d'un dispositif d'accompagnement de la TN, permettant de maintenir la coopération et l'effort d'une TN complexe, contingente, en constante évolution et redéfinition. Comment les différents niveaux d'appropriation d'un dispositif d'accompagnement de la TN coexistent-ils dans une TN en continu ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous avons étudié au moyen d'observation participante et d'entretiens semi-directifs l'appropriation d'un dispositif d'accompagnement de la TN au sein de trois grandes entreprises. Notre travail répond à un manque de recherches sur l'appropriation des dispositifs d'accompagnement de la TN en explorant les trois perspectives identifiées dans les travaux de De Vaujany (rationnelle, socio-politique, psycho-cognitive) à trois niveaux d'analyse (gouvernance, entité, individu) et pour différentes catégories d'acteurs (concepteurs, responsables du déploiement et utilisateurs) amenés à collaborer dans le contexte de l'accompagnement d'une TN.
