Abstract

L'aide à domicile se caractérise par des conditions d'emploi et de travail très dégradées, comme l'attestent les multiples recherches sur le secteur. Bien que la crise COVID ait mis une nouvelle fois en lumière le caractère indispensable de ces activités, l'amélioration des conditions d'emploi et de travail des aides à domicile continue de buter sur des obstacles socialement ancrés et accentués par les politiques des trente dernières années – en particulier sur l'ancrage de la division du travail de soin dans les rapports sociaux de sexe.
