Abstract

Présenté le 21 mai par le ministre de l'agriculture Julien Denormandie, le Plan stratégique national paraît déjà obsolète. Cette application en France de la PAC (Politique agricole commune) pour la période 2023-2027 ne change pas véritablement la donne, et établit des règles de répartition des aides qui profitent surtout à une élite agricole peu soucieuse d'agroécologie et favorisent les phénomènes d'accumulation et d'expropriation.
