Abstract

L'accord télétravail de la société d'assurance Auravenir arrivant à échéance fin 2020, la société envisage de négocier un nouvel accord. Ce dernier devra tenir compte à la fois des dernières lois et des résultats d'une enquête menée en interne suite à la crise sanitaire. Cette enquête porte sur les perceptions des salariés vis-à-vis du télétravail et leurs intentions d'y recourir dans le futur. Les étudiants, lors de leur mission, étudient les modalités et critères d'éligibilité de l'accord télétravail actuellement en vigueur chez Auravenir. Ils procèdent également à l'analyse des résultats de l'enquête quantitative avant de formuler des préconisations en vue de la négociation du nouvel accord d'entreprise.
