Abstract

Les propos du Gouverneur de la Bank Al-Maghrib devant la Chambre des représentants, sur la déficience de l'information apportée par des petites et moyennes entreprises et sur les entorses au paiement de l'impôt soulèvent des interrogations d'importance rarement abordées, sinon inédites, sur les entraves qu'oppose l'informalité à l'exercice de la politique économique, et invite à réfléchir à de nouveaux frais sur les mécanismes de la transmission des impulsions monétaires de la Banque centrale autant que sur les modalités de conduite des finances publiques et de la mise en œuvre de l'instrument budgétaire.
