Abstract

Rarement les décisions de Bank al Maghrib ont suscité autant d'interventions dans les médias. L'efficacité des mesures de l'instance pivot de l'organisation monétaire depuis le début de la crise fait l'objet de discussions souvent accompagnées de préconisations de relances monétaires pour faire face à la récession. Dans cet entretien, Rédouane Taouil, professeur à l'université de Grenoble, s'attache à pointer l'intérêt aussi bien que les biais des termes du débat et examine la capacité de la Banque centrale à infléchir l'activité compte tenu des ajustements budgétaires de la Loi rectificative des Finances, des comportements des banques et des entreprises.
