Abstract

L'évolution de l'organisation de la vente et du métier de vendeur s'accélère aujourd'hui sous la pression de nouveaux enjeux environnementaux. Une précédente recherche publiée dans Décisions Marketing (1) avait proposé un cadre intégrateur d'analyse des changements structurels qui allaient se produire, – ou devraient être mis en place –, au sein des organisations. Le débat présenté ici poursuit cette réflexion. Des personnalités qui créent et vivent cette mutation au quotidien nous font partager leur vision dynamique de la réalité.
