Abstract

Cet article analyse le rôle du consommateur dans la situation actuelle du télé-achat en France. Il explique la timide percée de ce nouveau mode de vente et montre dans quelle mesure l'évolution des mentalités et des comportements des français ajoutée aux innovations technologiques (multimédia et interactivité) sont favorables au développement notable de cette forme de commerce moderne dans la prochaine décennie.
