Abstract

Cet article analyse la complexité des situations interorganisationnelles de service et la difficulté de gérer les relations client, qui s'étalent sur des mois, voire des années, et qui comprennent un processus d'achat-vente et un processus de coproduction, et au sein desquelles interagissent une multiplicité d'acteurs. Cet article s'appuie sur le cas d'une société de services et d'ingénierie informatique, dont l'un des objectifs est d'améliorer la gestion de ses relations clients.
