Abstract

Au même titre qu'une marque sémantique et/ou visuelle, une marque olfactive peut désormais faire l'objet d'un dépôt afin d'assurer sa protection. Pierre Breese, Conseil en Propriété Industrielle, nous explique la spécificité de cette procédure en exposant l'intérêt marketing d'une marque olfactive.
