Abstract

Le Category Management est une pratique qui se développe de façon croissante chez les distributeurs français. L'objectif de cette présentation est de montrer comment les distributeurs définissent leurs catégories de produits. Nous cherchons à savoir si les logiques catégorielles des distributeurs correspondent aux principes théoriques de la catégorisation, issus de la psychologie cognitive.
