Abstract

Le CNRS a mené plusieurs enquêtes par Internet auprès d'abonnés à des listes de diffusion. Après un tour d'horizon présentant les moyens techniques disponibles et les questions méthodologiques, l'article décrit la méthode employée dans le cadre de cette expérience et montre les spécificités de ce type d'enquête. Les points à retenir sont une mise en œuvre simplifiée par l'utilisation des ressources d'Internet, des taux de réponse satisfaisants et des réponses parvenues en majorité en quelques jours. De plus, les réponses aux questions ouvertes ont été fréquemment et abondamment renseignées, développant ainsi une nouvelle interactivité entre les commanditaires de l'enquête et les interviewés.
