Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d'identifier quelques difficultés liées au développement du commerce électronique. L'angle d'approche adopté est celui du comportement du consommateur et de l'acheteur. L'internaute acheteur rencontre de nombreux problèmes liés à l'accès aux sites marchands et à leur ergonomie, notamment dans la navigation à l'intérieur de ces sites. Des propositions sont faites pour améliorer la gestion des sites d'e-commerce
