Tertiarisation de l’offre : les pratiques des exportateurs

Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats d'une vaste enquête sur les services offerts sur les marchés étrangers par les exportateurs français de biens matériels. Un peu moins du tiers des PMI exportatrices sont dans ce cas mais elles bénéficient d'exportations plus dynamiques. La première raison de cette tertiarisation de l'offre réside dans la complexité du produit qui varie beaucoup d'un secteur d'activité à l'autre. Le type de service offert apparaît très lié au produit et très tangible. Deux types d'environnement tertiaire du produit sont identifiés : technique et logistique.
